While our Fitness Centers and other area gyms and recreational facilities are closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be looking for home workout options. Our experts shared some ideas, including fun "this-or-that" or "flip-a-coin" workouts. All of these exercises can be done easily at home and without specialized equipment.
